Hi guys,
earlier on this morning I thought I'd replace my arb bushes, which I did ok, but I noticed that whilst the wheels were off the ground that if you got hold of the wheel hub assembly at say quarter to three, you can push the strut up a little, you can hear the top mount then bumping the bottom of where they sit when the car is on the ground, both sides you could do this with but the left side seemed to have more play in it, and if you left the all alone then the left side seems to sit lower down.

hope this all makes sense, I would have thought it should all be tight with no play ( up and down movement )?

it should be right. Sounds like you need new top mounts. Most cars do to be fair!

I've replaced the top mounts and the bearings about 2 months ago? I'm guessing this could be a part to do with the pulling left, and prob need new suspension, I was looking at getting fk ak street coilovers?
