Throttle body adaptor query

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone on here knows the correct name and part number for this?

I have a Mk1 Renault Clio but i'm trying to find this particular part so i can relocate my air filter away from the engine. As you can see it fits the Renault engine quite well.

I don't know anything about Audi's but i was told it's from a K-Jet 5 cyl Audi engine.

On most Audi's we call it an air duct. It isn't from the C4 shape 100. Must be from an earlier model?
