8V rear bumper fixing

Where the Rear bumper meets the quarter panel on my sport back the bumper has came loose and I have noticed that one of the bumper fixing holes have broken. Has anyone ever came across this or any fixes?

something must have happened to do that? Did you knock it? Have you tried to take the bumper off to check if the tabs are still in place?
