8v rear bumper conversion

Hi guys,

New member here, I've seen a thread about this before but just got a question about the rear bumper. I have a pre facelift s-line 15 plate and I've seen a complete rear bumper facelift (with rear bumper with the larger diffuser at the bottom)

Would this just be a direct swap? As in fitting around the pre facelift tail lights and gapping up correctly to the boot lid and rear arches?
