8v calipers to 8p

Has anyone tried to fit these yet as I can get a hold off all four but not sure if they will fit my 8p any advice appreciated , not looking for yip they can more looking for definitely they can but you have to do this ? . Thanks in advance

I am assuming these are on an 8P and 18"alloys sit fine over the top off them as I have brembo discs and 18"

Yes, I have an a3 8p 2010 sportback. These calipers came off an s3 8v 2015. Running 18” s line wheels and plenty of room.

I’ve only had these fitted a week and I paid

Front pair of calipers £180
340mm Discs £105
Pads £40
Brake lines £45

Hey Jay, were the carriers matching up to original hubs or did you use 8P carriers, so were they pnp, bolt on.

I've got some new uprated front S3 8P lines to fit, but would if I'm swapping to S3 8V from S3 8P fronts, may have to get new lines too, I'll check that.

Assume you had to use 8V discs?
