8p sportback amplifier placement?

I just picked up my (new) 08 A3 sportback which I've fallen in love with, but I've decided its front speakers (non-bose) aren't doing it justice.
I'm putting in some 60w focal 170v's in the front for now and sound dampening.
I'm wondering where the best stealthy place for a small amplifier would be?
I've read some other threads, but haven't found any definite answer.

Worst case scenario, I make a case for the boot and use my old big 50cm gzra amp.
Any input and pictures are very much appreciated!

Under the front seats. Haven’t looked in a while so can’t remember how much room there is.

Under the center console, in front of the ashtray. I placed my Alpine KTP 445U amp there.

Would that work though if you had ashtray delete?

Yes, because I now have the ashtray delete kit installed.
