Hi guys is it just me or its takes forever to see a cashier.I do online banking but sometime i need to go into the bank, but a few times i have been to the bank.l have wait 25 minutes to see a cashier and things are getting from bad to worse......

What Bank? I go to Natwest and never need to queue very long, just avoid Mondays and Fridays normal weeks and Tuesdays/Thursdays on Bank Holiday weeks, they are garanteed to be long waits!

I bank with Lloyds, come 4pm its bedlam in there but if I go in at 10am Ive got cashiers twiddling their thumbs waiting....

The HSBC near my work always has a big queue at lunch times. Sure I understand this as most people are on their lunch break from work but they always just leave one cashier to cope with the rush!

You would have thought they would stagger their lunch breaks to cope with the rush hour. Say one person go either side of the hour and one during.

Rant over...........:tapedshut:

I bank with Abbey national and natwest,And they are both as bad.Maybe its due to location,as i live in london and its more busy. But still they need to carter for there customer with the way they steal money from us every month.
