There’s no fixed percentage. That’s just a relic of poor dyno manufacturers not bothering to measure actual loss.

It's not a linear relationship, so it's not a fixed percentage loss.Although typically rule of thumb it's around 20% . If you look at the plot for my car, same transmission as yours with a 6 speed manual on the MRC dyno . 20% loss at peak power around 3900 RPM.
