I am generally pretty happy with my (Sep 2018) A6 50tdi S line performance, acceleration etc. When I bought the car secondhand two months ago it already had 23CK campaign carried out by Audi on the drive train software to rectify baby teething early production acceleration lag reported by many, therefore I can’t really complain or comment here.
However there is always appetite for better performance. I’ve heard that this engine as well as its entire drivetrain has approx 20% torque/power reserve that can be easily but more important safely unleashed by electronic remap. Has anyone done it already? I would appreciate your feedback here.
