Too late - any A3 no matter trim level ordered new will have the updated interior. If you want the old interior you’re limited to existing stock that’s not customer allocated.
Have a look at Swansway Audi as they have a few new Cars available now or due in shortly.
Look at their Staffordshire dealership, had a few on site when I was there the other day
