AUDI RS3 8Y 2022 Saloon - Build sticker location on car for PR codes?

Hello everyone

I recently bought an 2022 RS3 saloon but it didn't come with a physical service book which usually has the build sticker on the first page. I'm looking for the a list of the options from factory and wondered if there is a build sticker located somewhere in the car. I've had a quick look around the battery compartment in the rear but didn't see a sticker.

Does anyone know if there is a build sticker in the car or if I'll need to go to the dealers to get one printed off?

Same with my 2026 RS3, no paper manual and cannot find this sticker anywhere in the car.

It should be in the boot usually where the sparewheel well.. if it's not there, you need to ask the dealer for both the owners manual and the stickers. They have to provide them, maybe they'll charge you, maybe not. But they are in the system, locked to the VIN.

FYI:
Retrofitted options will not be on that listing as they only recorded the factory ordered options.

I'll pull out all the foam around the battery and see if it's there. If not I'll drop into the dealers when I get chance.

Pretty sure they got rid of the physical service book years ago and it went online only. Neither my 8V nor 8Y came with physical service books. You'll just get the owner's manual in the glovebox.

The MyAudi app has the full list of options on the vehicle too, could you not look it all up there?

Regardless of it being available in the app, the car should have an owners manual and the sticker inside it. The parts counter should be able to provide you with both. The sticker can be printed off by them if you provide them with your VIN and proof of ownership.

I do exactly that when I own a car, regardless of the age or brand, and i always manage to get it. Especially when it's missing from the paperwork when I buy an old car.

Also, those databases aren't always accessible, so they should provide you with it when you ask for it and provide proof you own the car.

I'll have a look at that. Not fully connected to my car yet as I need to get the connect activation code.

I'll take a trip to the dealers as my car didn't have the owners manual when I bought.
