Magride advisory reduced damping

Had my 2016 S3 Cab from new and it has currently done 36k miles.
The MOT came back with advisories on the magride of reduced damping effect.

What’s my options here? Could it be that the ride heights need to be reset or am I looking at replacing them?

Tbh you'd wanna swap in pairs, they're not cheap at all, but also swapping out for non magride would be expensive also, personal preference.

Find that hard to believe tbh, all 4, urm I'd get it on diagnostics before anything else.
