Hello,
I've just picked my car up after having an MOT, interim service and Haldex service at a reputable local garage.
As I pulled away, I did give it a few beans to avoid traffic, I heard a clunk as I changed up to 2nd.
Its been fine since. I drove home no issues. Gave it a few more beans to be sure along the way.
Could this have been down to the Haldex service.
Chat GPT says this
"Haldex Pump Priming or Air: If the Haldex pump was removed and cleaned, any air trapped in the system can cause engagement delays and a subsequent clunk as the all-wheel-drive (AWD) system suddenly bites. Proper bleeding and priming via diagnostic tools (like VCDS or ODIS) are essential. [1, 2, 3, 4]"
Thanks
