I would think not as the other models are the same. No Spec info etc. My car is now built and awaiting transfer to the port. Interestingly, the dealer is unable to pull the final specification. All very odd!!!

Its properly updated now, all 3 trim levels are available, no 3D view yet though.
Looks like the price has jumped about £3k for a Vorsprung with our preferred options, which is less than I expected.
I will be holding off ordering for a while until I can see the screens in person and am certain there are no other detrimental changes.

Drive the Deal still have the old pricing structure on their website so that can be used for a price comparison. I can't see the Tech pack pro being offered on the updated Audi configurator so if it remains that way then only the Vorsprung can have electric seats. The Vorsprung I configured has only increased £1325 over the outgoing model,that's only adding paint and red calipers as extras.
If you go to the A3 range page, scroll to the bottom and choose either the RS3 sportback or saloon you can then click "build and price" and it takes you to the full configurator, including carbon black and vorsprung models. It also has the exclusive colours back - half wish I'd gone for the Merlin Purple but it is not cheap 
Has anyone managed to find out if the Audi PCP deposit contribution is still £3100 (for non hybrid models)? The page still isn’t loading for me (UK)
According to Drive the Deal the deposit contribution has remained the same at £2500, was £5000 a couple of months ago. DTD have also cut the discount offered on the current model.
Im glad I ordered when I did as I got a £4900 contribution off Audi. The price seems to be going up every few months.
I've kept an eye on prices in the hope it may help me when trying to pick the best time to order over the next 7 or 8 months, you picked a good time ordering a couple of months ago to get the £4900 contribution, before that it was £5000 and early in the year they even threw a £2000 think now Audi contribution on top to give £7000 off.
Early in the year it was close to £11k off a Vorsprung via DTD and today its about half that on a car with a higher base price so you're spot on saying the price keeps going up.
I went through drive the deal and got approximately 9k off if I remember right. Anyone who is paying full list price needs there head examined. Even with the 9k off its still the most expensive thing I will probably ever buy, unless my numbers come up in the lottery, then I will be shopping in a different league lol.
That's a great discount plus you have avoided the very recent price rise, completely agree that paying list price or even close to is madness.
Perhaps the discounts will return once the updated model is in full production. I won't be buying if it's not; I will find something else for that money.
In September 2024 when they launched the 8.5Y there was a discount around £1500 which was pulled within 48hrs due to better than expected interest according to the dealer DTD used.
A discount around £1700 then appeared in Q1 2025 and lasted until it was updated in either Q2 or Q3 when the discounts got bigger each time. If the trends of the last 12 months repeat then Q1 next year will be the best time to order especially if the think Audi discount reappears mid January

I appreciate its summer shut down but hoped to be taking delivery by the end of the month. This is looking very unlikely now. The car initially appeared on the app, images etc but has now disappeared.

Hi G7SUM, Can you tell me what app your using to track your build. The only information I get is from the dealer every week that tells me what the status is of my car. It is currently status 20 with a confirmed build of the 24th August.
Hi I added my chassis number to the Audi app and up it popped, correct colour and clearly the Carbon Vorsprung. Now it has disappeared. I get my updated from the dealer and via chat/ call on/tp Audi uk.
Given that you haven't got your hands on the car yet, how did you come by the chassis number? Indeed if your car isn't built one presumes there isn't a chassis number to have, to put in the app, to get more info as to when it might be assembled by those enterprising Germans.

So - since the car was built and the VIN created almost 3 weeks ago now, the car has remained enroute to Emden - Status 30 with no ETA of when it will be allocated to a ship.
Has anyone else experienced delays at this time. I am aware we are in the partial shut down window.

It would appear that the main swing bridge linking Emden port was closed for planned maintenance between the 18th July - 8th August. This had been planned for more than 6 months. Audi knew this - yet never passed the information on to dealers or customers. I had an issue with my wife's VW which was escalated to the exec team. It was them who provided this information to me yesterday.
To compound matters, the port authority Ver-di went on strike earlier this week for 2 days.
Thousands of vehicles sitting in compounds and awaiting allocation.
3-4 week delays on all vehicles built in and around these dates estimated.

I got the A3 December 2025 so still the interior with physical buttons thankfully.
The new steering wheel design puts me off more than anything on all honesty…: and don’t get me started on the massive screens (all touch) that they are forcing upon everyone. If all the interior remains touch for the foreeeable, looks like I’m driving this A3 for 10years (until it packs in).

I'm not sure any have made it here yet, and I haven't seen any clips on YT either. I'm on the fence about buying an RS3 now, so I'm keen to see some proper photos and info on the changes, and hoping the interior quality has been improved.
Should be some A3’s with the new interior landing at dealerships in September (UK) but the closest you could see in real life is the Q3 at the moment

I hated this look in the A45, and was one reason I went with Audi. But all the young apprentices loved the BIG SCREENS so I am sure they will love this.
For me the whole thing looks more toyshop window than an enthusiasts car. I sat recently in the new A5. I was far from impressed. The screen design just makes the car look so cheap. And that's before you see the massive borders, horrible graphics and icons. Add those horrible plastic buttons on the door and steering wheel and the black plastic everywhere.
I am not a huge fan of my RS3, but seeing the A5 made thankful my car wasn't like that, but now they are!

Yes, my S3 was Python Yellow and I really liked it - sadly no longer available, not even as an exclusive colour. Vegas yellow is OK but not quite the same.
I notice that another penny pinching move by Audi which leaves a sour taste is the fact that you only get 18 months subscription to the various connected services and not three years. that might be OK with the base model A3 but we're talking about a £70k+ vehicle which is the top of the A3 range, not a good move Audi

It does say "demo" so that could be a hint it will change.Have to say the cabin definitely feels "cheaper" than the S3, in some non specific way. I don't know why people identified the 12V outlet cover as "nicer" because it has some aluminium knurling - I think it just looks cheap and bling-y.
Any updates anyone - My car completed build on 31/8. Now at Status 38 - Emden. Being advised it will be 3-4 weeks before being allocated onto a shipping vessel.
