How easy are returns for Ridex parts?

Hi mates, I recently bought some Ridex brake discs for my Audi A4, but I picked the wrong size by mistake. Im a bit gutted as I need to get the car sorted for its MOT.
Has anyone done a return for Ridex parts on Autodoc recently? Im just wondering if the returns process is quick and if you get the refund without any fuss. I really dont want to be waiting weeks to buy the right ones Cheers

I think that it depends on whither you accepted the extra charge " safe order" or similar name, where you hand over the job of checking what has been ordered to be the correct choice of parts.
I tend to avoid paying for that extra cost service, and so far so good.
A friend needed to get a clutch kit for an old SAAB 96 changed, he had paid the extra cost and so the process was quick and painless it seems.
