S6 V10 Intake Manifold Flap Removal (gaskets and advice)

Looks Like the intake flaps have failed on my car, so before I start to pull it all apart, any special tools I'll need, and any recommended suppliers of the gaskets I'll need to replace?
Also, is there a kind of sealent or similar between the two halves of the manifold?
