My 2011 S3 has a RNSE

My 2011 S3 has a RNSE with media button so should take a 32GB sd card . the problem is having just added an MP3 album it only shows and plays 3 tracks.
the strange part is it displays a different 3 tracks from time to time. Other players show and play 12 tracks so i know they are on the card. I have re recorded the tracks, even renamed them on the card with short names with no symbols etc. but no luck

any thoughts ??

Pretty sure the card has to be formatted as fat32 - check that first

Yea i have 4 other albums on the card which seem to work ok., I wonder if it just needs a smaller card as i always used 2gb in the past and never had a problem in 15 years.
