Quattro vibration

I seem to be getting a slight vibration when I hit 1.8 - 2.5 k revs mainly in 5 and 6th gear (Dsg) I recently just had my haldex pump replaced as this was defective, this vibration was not present before and we have tried to do basic settings again with no luck? Any one had this problem before?

take it back.... something isn't right, could be as simple as not enough oil or a dirty filter or worse and the gears need looking at.

It’s a new pump with new oil, maybe I’ll just check the level could this do this if oil level is not quite right?

Yes but it won't be in the back it'll be the oil level in the gearbox itself. The front part so if that hasn't been replaced to your knowledge I suggest you sort that out first.

Ps it's a dsg every 40k the gearbox and tranny need an oil change.if you don't do it in time stuff like this happens.

It definitely feels like it is coming from the haldex unit not sure how the gearbox would affect it?

Oke check the oil level from the haldex first... topup if needed.
