Good afternoon! I’m planning to order parts from Autodoc because their prices are so low. However, since they ship from Germany, I’m naturally a little hesitant.
Does anyone have experience with Autodoc that they would like to share here?

For example, what is the returns process?

Also, if I end up ordering parts from Autodoc, which air and cabin filters are compatible with an Audi 2.0 TFSI engine? They need replacing regularly.

I look forward to your reply, as the additional discount is only valid until midnight tonight!

Thanks in advance!

Autodoc is great. Just research your part numbers first. Post Brexit there is import duty too…… only downside I’m afraid.

It’s a good site. Just spend a bit of time and do your research in terms of part numbers etc. When searching on the site I would use part numbers you know to be correct rather than letting the site tell you what fits your car. That being said I have previously returned somethjng and it was trouble free.

I think that your plan needs to be to pay for the order protection or order checking - whatever it is called. My mate bought a clutch kit for an old SAAB 96 and the plate was wrong, he had (surprisingly) accepted this offered extra service so there was not a problem with returns.

I've used them a few times with no problems, as said in an earlier reply, really do your homework so that you are using the correct VW Group part numbers when searching for parts and typically only accept aftermarket parts offered that only match that VW Group number as there are plenty aftermarket parts being sold by lots of outlets that are not the exact correct part but just a part that will fit, this becomes very important when dealing mounting rubber parts, road springs and dampers as typically the aftermarket will have say 4 different versions where VW Group will have say 12 versions.

Finally, don't dismiss trying other sources and still use AutoDoc as a search reference for exact parts matching to your chosen aftermarket brand, as it can become swings and roundabouts when taking "price to your door step".

OP's location is listed as being Wroclaw - so no Brexit issue.
