Oil leak... any one help ?

2019 rs3..... checked the oil filter , that's dry , as I can see from the top , there's some oil on the tray , no idea where it's coming from ,back of the sump bolts looked a bit wet with oil nothing bad , but this oil is at the front...any idea?

I had this once after a service from Audi lol, when the oil filter is replaced the drain off Nipple needs resetting by gently pulling it back out.
I wouldn't worry though as oil pressure itself will push the nipple back out and reseal the drain off point.

It was previous oil that had soaked into the wiring all good now thanks
