There's no reason why Audi would re-engineer rear bumper fixings for the 8V facelift so I can't see why it wouldn't be a straight fit unless anyone knows otherwise 
It will as long as it's from a matching model. (sedan and cabrio share the same bumpers).
Keep in mind that if you have side assist, that the radars will not fit the facelift inner bumper.
Either upgrade to 3Q0 radars (have component protection) or move the inner bumper plastic from the pfl bumper to the fl bumper (I did the opposite to house 3Q0 radars in the pfl bumper, the inner plastic costed me only €20, as opposed to purchasing a bumper and paint it).
