Hi, anyone upgraded their anti roll bars. Looking to get the front and rear kit from H&R. Already have eibach pro springs and trying to improve the handling further without breaking the bank. Would be good to hear from those who have upgraded and can advise on any negatives after fitting. TIA

I haven't done this to my B9 but I would say it depends on what you want to address with the handling. On previous Audi's I've owned, I've found only changing the rear anti roll bar to something stiffer was enough to sort the understeer.

Tyres are also a consideration, the Continentals I had didn't give much confidence in cold and damp conditions which is what most of UK weather is. Much better on Michelin PS4S despite the squidgy feeling on turn in.

Thanks for the response. I've got fairly new goodyear eagle f1 asymmetric 6 tyres all round. I've always had these on the leon, always done well in UK weather. I guess what I'm trying to eliminate is the car feeling like a boat when taking a corner/roundabout at higher speeds. The car has electronic dampers always set to sport so just trying to see what else could be done to keep it flat. Any reason for just doing the back? Apart from the cost. The h&r full set is around £560. What brand did you go for when you had them?

I just wanted to remove the understeer so stiffening the rear was enough for me. On the S3 I would have had to drop the front sub-frame to replace the front ARB which I didn't fancy doing.

I used SuperPro on the S3 and I used an OEM rear anti roll bar from an RS4 on the B7 A4. I also changed the rear drop links to the poly bushed ones on the S3, which also helped with rear stiffness.
