I want to retrofit Auto Hold / Hold Assist on my Audi A3 8V and need some help with the wiring and coding.
Car details:
- Audi A3 8V, model year 2020
- 35 TFSI, engine code DPCA, EA211 evo
- Electronic parking brake from factory
- ABS/ESC unit: ATE MK100, part number 5Q0 614 517 DN
- Auto Hold button
- Wiring / repair terminals for the ABS connector (7L0 973 047, 47‑pin)
My questions:
- To which pins on the ABS connector (T46a/T47) do the wires from the Auto Hold button need to be connected on this MK100 unit (5Q0 614 517 DN)?
- Does anyone have a confirmed pin‑out diagram for this specific ABS unit, or can at least confirm the Auto Hold input pins?
- How did you handle power supply (ignition‑switched +12 V) for the Auto Hold button?
- Which coding/adaptation changes in module 03 (ABS) and in the EPB module were required (byte/bit info or VCDS/OBDeleven screenshots would be great)?
- Are there any known differences between pre‑facelift/facelift or different ABS part numbers that I should be aware of before I start repinning?
Thanks a lot in advance for your help!
