Hi, I've had a warning light come up on our 2017 SQ7 for Sports Differential. When I've scanned with VCDS we've got a "no signal" on "oil pressure and oil temperature sensor 2"

I've disconnected both sensors to see which is which and the furthest one is #2 - but it's a very tight space and I can't seem to find any part number - I also don't want to remove it until I have a new one to go in.

I've tried a good clean and some contact cleaner to hopefully rule out a bad connection and I get "electical failure" instead of no signal when it's disconnected completely, so I assume it is a sensor fault.

Could anyone point me in the right direction of finding the part #?

Would need a reg or VIN to ensure accuracy.

Thank you for replying and apologies I missed it.

For anyone searching with a similar issue:

The part number I needed was 8K0927221D - The only part I could find in stock anywhere was the earlier revision 8K0927221C (listed as a part for the SQ5) but took a punt and it worked fine.

Replacing was pretty simple, disconnect the three plugs that are in the way, 27mm thin wall socket and have the new one ready to spin in immediately before the oil seeps out.

The MIL was still active so I needed to use VCDS for:

32-Differential Locks -> Security Access (code 20103) -> Basic Settings -> Learn serial numbers from sensors
32-Differential Locks -> Security Access (code 20103) -> Output Tests -> Pressure Test

Then clear fault codes

MIL is off and wife is happy her car is sorted.
