Hello, everyone! I bought a 2019 Audi last year, but I rarely drive it, only taking it out for three short trips of less than three miles each way per week. Once a month, I 'take it out on the motorway' and drive for half an hour each way before returning home, just to get the car up to speed.
I change the oil every six months, which equates to around 1,200 miles between changes. I also have a full set of sunshades for all six windows, which I hope will help to maintain the interior.
Other than that, I'm not sure what else I can do to help this car last a long time. What else should I be doing to make this car last 10–15 years? What should I pay attention to and check periodically (battery? Would it be worth investing in a battery tester rather than a multimeter?
