Android Auto not showing on drivers' display

So the menu option is still there, but it is displaying as per the picture. It used to offer route guidance and the eta. The main screen still works, as does the HUD. AA has been updated but it's been like this for a few weeks. any ideas?

I don’t use android auto as I use iPhone, will check this evening as I’m out in the car

It the same on CarPlay, however if you set a route and cancel it it still showes the maps till you reboot the car.

It has worked from day one, and now only recently stopped showing directions and the eta. The HUD still works so the car is still connected to it. Maybe it will resolve itself.
 
Mines exactly the same. Set a route and it goes off. Cancel the route and it shows the map.

HUD does work though.

Another fault.

Audi fobbed me off again yesterday. Still nothing answer from Audi UK. Terrible service. Just keep getting told 48 hours.

I hate it when people are not accountable. Just tell me if the answer is going to take 2 days. A week or a month and stick to it. At least I know where I stand rather than living in hope

Clearing the cache and the storage from the app didn't make a difference so I assume it's the car that has the issue with it.
