I was looking at these last year, loads of sellers around on eBay. Most don't list the RS4 as compatible, but handful did so I was hoping the others had perhaps just missed the RS models off their list.
Anyway, they don't fit. The width is fine but they're a lot taller than the originals so you can't push them far enough for the clips to engage and hold them in. It's because the big nut thing behind it doesn't give it enough clearance. They'd go in fine while the wheel was off, but then putting the wheel back on would push them back out. Perhaps they'd fit if you had spacers on though?
