SQ2 Headlights

Hi all I own an 2019 SQ2 I have noticed that both the lenses have some marks on the interior. See attached had anyone else experienced this and have you managed to resolve the issue. I am in dialogue with Audi Uk and it appears that this is a recognised issue with the lenses caused by wiping the lights with a dry cloth please see attached any advice would be much appreciated

Seen this loads across many different Audi vehicles. Sand and lacquer or replace is the fix.
