Getting wipers into service mode

Looking on youtube etc, it shows to put the wipers into service mode turning the ignition on then off then pulling the wiper stalk down and holding it.....ive tried this and a few other options and nothing?....is there any other ways of putting my wipers into service mode?....and wondering why this method isnt working.

Via the display on the dash, click on ‘Set’ scroll to wipers, front, then service position.

Not sure if applicable between pre/post facelift, but on mine pre-face there is no menu in the dash.
I do what you described, except i click not hold.

• Ignition On
• Ignition Off
• Flick the wiper stalk down and let it come back up
• Wipers go up to the service position

Just checked and mine go into the service position either way as described
