Q5 2025 Audi Q5 Launch edition issues

Anyone else plagued with issues? It’s to the point where after 6 months that we are looking to reject the car. The cars constantly at the garage and major issues that result in this not being road safe. The Audi technician point blanked refused to drive the car after coming to our house to inspect the car. A salesman at Audi took us outside and even stated the had another customer in a 2025 with similar problems.

They should be applying the technical service bulletin that's come out. Reports from owners are very good... but not perfect

Have a read of the A5 B10 thread...essentially a very similar car, and I've made a few comments about ny experience with a brand new model, the Mazda CX-60 and how it took two years to go through The Motor Ombudsman to reject..The manufacturers now use first adopters as beta testers.

As a matter of interest how many miles have you stuck on your cars and over what period ? Just trying to compare problems with mileage / duration for when I speak to Audi Uk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2920miles, Bought it in March 2025. It been in and out of the dealer more times...

and some interesting stuff in the states, where it happens a SQ5 fully loaded is £55k ....and £45k for a 2,0 TSFI model...talk about being ripped. off here.,

I have a Q5 Vorsprung on order...apparently it has a whole new software engine..but I don't have 100% confidence...

Very glad I got my FY- platform SQ5 before the model change. There’s nothing new about the first year or so’s production run of a new model being a test bed for faults but I do think it’s got worse since cars became laptops on wheels.

and the diesel engine...I'd do the same but I found the previous gen had a hatchback seating position in a huge SUV, the new model has corrected that thankfully. Still not as good as the F Pace or CX-60 but acceptabe.

Annoyingly, the B10 Q5 has a fast 5 second V6TDI option in Germany but they say it won't ever come to the UK.
