No smoke in the morning or any other time , once cars warm still no smoke....but if I let it sit idling for 1 minute and give it a rev it throws blue smoke (bit smelly) then doesn't do it again if I rev it .... unless I leave it to idle for a minute , the longer it idles the more smoke.
No other issues with the car any idea?

Valve stem seals according to your description.

While idling, high intake vacuum pulls oil past worn valve stem seals

Oil collects on top of the valves

When you rev it → that pooled oil gets burned → blue smoke puff

Once burned off, it stops until the next long idle.

If it's the valve stem seals , I would expect the oil to leak past the valves after sitting overnight and starting the car in the morning with some blue smoke that clears afterwards , I get no smoke first start , I've had valve stem seals symptoms on a car years ago , and that would start up in the morning and throw blue smoke which then cleared

No worries, maybe it's the old story of the problematic PCV.
