Software update

Can anyone in the midlands direct me to a reliable place, where I can go to get a software update including sat nav for my S3 2019 please.

I need this anyway, but I'm also hoping it will resolve an issue with my stop start. For some reason if I turn my stop start off by using the button. It randomly will turn itself back on whilst i'm driving and the symbol will come back on my dash. Though the actual buttons red light is still off.
Also how do I go about turning stop start off completely?

If you can locate someone with a good VCDS or a Carly the start/stop can be permanently disabled.
I have just bought an RS7 Performance, I also bought a Carly at the same time, I've used it to disable the start/stop on both my RS7 and my wife's Polo.

A Carly is an OBD port reader that is linked to your phone once you download the app, so you can read any fault codes the car has stored anyway.
