Radiator Fan problem -P1950 at Engine module

Hi i was stuck for hours in a traffic jam and suddenly have a coolant warning and stopped the car inmediately (A5 2011).
I checked with the VCDS and showed me only one code:

4515 - Radiator Fan (V7)
P1950 00 [032] - Movement Restricted / Jammed
Intermittent - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
Freeze Frame:
Fault Status: 00000001
Fault Priority: 2
Fault Frequency: 5
Mileage: 67292 km

Is there anyone can help me with this? it seems the bigger radiator (V7) is working but something is wrong.
I tested and the radiator works when i turn on the heater or / and the AC
It seems the problem is when engine got hot, it does not turn on itself, but manually works fine

Any idea, dealer says i have to let the car one day and they do the diagnose, is there any other way to check what is wrong?

Same issue for me, I am going to replace the rad pack/ module as nothing else seems wrong.

My case: when engine begins to get hot for the hot weather and specially traffic jams, the temperature indicator goes up suddenly above 90 and next to 115 so I had to stop the car, then i checked the vcds and got the same error P1950 00 [032] - Movement Restricted / Jammed

I read a few causes can be related before changing completely the fan as:
1.- Fuses burnt. How can i access the fuse box where are the fan fuses to check them?
2.- Cracked or damaged connectors in the fan control module wiring harness?
3.- Damaged engine (coolant) temperature sensor?

I have the vcds software and cable, but dont know how to use to test this problem?
