Good morning

Yesterday when turning the ignition on the engine fan started up at full speed. Turning the engine one did not change anything. It was not re gening. When i got to my destination and shut down it carried on running for a few min. I left it 30 min and turned it on again and fan didn’t come on. I cant see anything when i scan it. Thinking it could be the G83 sensor on the way out but unsure how to prove it.
Has any one got and advise / tips please?

TIA

I have the exact same Engine and year ...

I'd say mine has done this maybe once or twice in the last 2-3 years .. I always put it down to being some sort of DPF clean/regen or cleaning process .. not that I ever see a message or anything to suggest that's what it's doing?

So, in summary .. I have no idea, but mine does it too :)
