No external air

Hi folks,

I hope you can help.

Climate control is no longer providing external air. Very weak airflow unless recirculating is enabled.

External air seems to make it to the pollen filter area but then I don’t think it gets much further.

Checked the pollen filter, very clean.

Motor for main blower flaps possibly gone or stuck.
 
As an update, I have found that the fresh air flap is not opening when turning of recirculation.
I can put my hand in to the pollen filter enclosure and move it in to position. It seems loose, no resistance is felt in moving the flap open and closed.

I'm not sure if the same motor that moves the recirculation flap is also responsible for the fresh air flap, and if so, maybe an arm has become disconnected. Either way access to this motor seems very limited, I can see I'd need to remove the fuse box, and goodness knows what else to get to it.
