Throttle/Pedal Pos.Sensor A Circ. OBD11 Fault

My wife’s 2013 2.0tdi has started having an issue after the start/stop kicks in.

The ignition coil light comes on and the car requires a manual restart.

OBD11 shows this fault

I’ve reset it once, but get the same fault.

Anyone know how to fix it please?

Fault came back, rescanned and same fault but now with a secondary one, anyone got any ideas
