Hi , thanks in advance , 2 questions , 1) there was a plug unplugged and tucked away , is this ok 2) The turbo pipe is splitting and i would like to replace , does anyone know what this pipes called or ideally part number , cheers

Part circled in red looks like the EGR, someone has probably deleted it and left the connector out.
As for your charge pipe the part number is: 8K0 145 709 E
