2001 S3 8L (Facelift) Tyre recommendation

I've got a 2001 Audi S3 8L with a stage 2 MTM tune (I believe) - BAM
looking at some new tyres as one of the front ones cracked due to aging but I'm unsure which tyres would be best for this car.
sizing is 225/45R17. Planning to use it as a daily driver if that helps and it's completely stock.

Michelin Pilot Sport 4 in that same size has served me well for the last 3 years as a daily driver

Personally I suggest finding a set of wheels from an older generation Audi or even VW wheels just to put snow tires on them then have my summer wheels with something more aggressive. I'm poor so my summer wheels are just 18" OEM mk7 GTI wheels (I bought the car on cheap. bent reps so I needed quick and easy while I got caught up on maintenance) and my winter set are 16" OEM B5 wheels.

If youre on a budget the latest Avon ZV isn't bad.

i have Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric all round. There are probably newer better generration tyres , some of which may have been mentioend above. Not done any research, so keen to read the responses you get from others to keep up to date with my knoweldge.

My tyres have been on for far too many years that i care to remember. The car is open to the elements and i do around 700 -1000 miles a year.
