RS4 B8 Weak points

After 14yrs of owning and tuning my S3 8l I have decided to sell, well sold it to my brother in law so I still get to drive it occasionally. As the title suggests I'm looking at a 2013 RS4.
What should I be looking for and what are the weak points of the car. Obviously the suspension can become troublesome and the engine needs to be carbon cleaned every so often, but what about the gearbox, clutch and anything else I am missing.

Check S/H gearbox, diff & final drive oils are due every 40k if they haven’t been done, be careful.

If its B8 Avant, then leaking panoramic is well documented, plus rear spring seat corrosion. Whatever you buy, make sure rear subframe is treated with Lanoguard.
