Hi,
New member and first time poster here. I'm looking for some help with the installation of the exterior mirror anti-dazzle function. I have a 2018 S3 8V which came with interior mirror anti-dazzle from the factory. I've just done a power fold mirror retrofit and decided to upgrade to the anti-dazzle drivers mirror at the same time so the mirror to door module wiring is present.
From the reading I've done, the exterior mirror is controlled directly by the interior mirror via direct wiring to the door control module or possibly BCM. I've seen that Kufatec do wiring looms but not sure if that's what I need or not. However, I'm struggling to find any step by step instructions on how to do this or what I need to do it. I also don't know if any coding would also be required. So, I'm basically just looking for some help on how to finish this final piece of my retrofit. Alternatively, if anyone can recommend an auto electrician in Leicestershire that could do this for me I'm happy to go that route as would be a lot simpler.
