Integrate Audi reversing cam into dashcam system

I have an Audi with a reversing camera that shows on the MMI screen. I also have a dashcam system that has a front and rear camera. The rear camera, when mounted high interferes with the DAB signal, I have tried ferrite suppressors and the like with no success.

Is it possible to tap into the camera feed from the reversing camera to connect it to the wiring for the reverse camera?

Which brand of dashcam?

Personally I rolled my rear usb cable with foil tape front to back as a pre-empt action & fitted ferrites given headlining was down.
