Coolant system pressure tested and now leaking PAG oil. Linked or coincidence?

I'd had a very minor loss of coolant over the last year and a half - less than a litre and always seemed to lose most after topping up and then stabilised, never dropping below the minimum marker.

Decided to get it checked as I'd previously had a leak from the thermostatic valve housing which was replaced. Couldn't see any trace of a leak this time though.

Anyway, pressure test was fine but less than a week later I found PAG oil dripping from the car, probably 20ml so far on the garage floor and more lost out and about. Is this just an unlucky coincidence or is it possible the pressure test has caused it? i.e. applied pressure in the heater matrix that's triggered the leak. It seems to be coming from the condenser radiator although I've been unable to find the exact location.

The 2 systems are completely separate so highly unlikely.if it was the cause it would leak either during or right after the pressure test.

so, turns out it wasn't PAG oil but coolant or rather the antifreeze in the coolant after the water had evaporated off at high temperature and pressure coming out of a very small crack in the radiator. Both PAG and antifreeze are glycols and have an oily feel to them hence the confusion.
