Hi all,

I've just bought a A4 B5 TQS advant with 135k miles in silver that I am restoring, does anyone know how many were made and how many left roughly ?

Cheers ! ;)

Hello,

According to the website How Many Left, there were 110 licensed TQS models on the road in Q4 of 2024 and 241 showing as SORN in Q4 of 2024

In my experience, I've found it easier to find listings for B5 S4s vs the TQS model, you'll find the odd one for sale here and there and if you're lucky, a few of them will pop up.

It took me a while to find one when I was looking but I got one in the end. Prices have certainly increased since I got mine. They're brilliant cars and quite underrated in my opinion.

Thanks!

As Scarecrow mentioned almost dropping to below 100. I had one a few years ago that i wish id kept but found one last year and got back on the road. my was sitting in a garden for 9 years!

I've spend a few quid on it to get it roadworthy again but with new Blisten suspension all round it rides lovely now.

These websites that claim to tell you how many are left are pretty inaccurate. My S4 shows as an A4 and I’m sure there are many A4’s incorrectly classified too. I would take whatever they tell you with more than a pinch of salt.

That being said the TQS is definitely rarer than the S4 these days!
