Good evening all, I have a set of TT wheels (8.5/18" ET50 CB 57.1 with 245/40 tyres) and I would like to use them on my 2013 A4 S-line. I have been reading about my options but I still cannot decide. I was recommended to machine the wheels to the right size but because of the offset I'd still probably need spacers so I found center bore adapters but they start from 15mm. Also the company which is selling them asking to measure the spigots before purchase so a specific question: would the 15mm adapters fit front and rear? Or would you even recommend it at all to fit them?

Fitting alloy wheels from a smaller/lighter car, in my world, is not a good plan - without carrying out far too much research.
Fitting alloy wheels from a bigger/heavier car, not the same issue.
Just my thoughts, nothing more, weight/load range of tyres might be wrong as well.

it's possible... but you'll either have to bore out the hub centric hole inside all the wheels or use PCD adapters... than choose the right tires... and as above, don't moan when you hit a pothole and they crack.

They are OEM Audi alloys of the same width just like my 19"s and I actually thought about it but I could not find load index online (8S0601025D). But tbh I don't think they weaken the alloys just because they go under a TT but I will keep that in mind.

Yeah, I know it's possible and I'd rather go with the adapters but I need someone who knows measurements of the A4 B8 hub so I could get some info before buying 15mm adapters just to find out they are too small for my car. I have been reading about spacers on forums and it seems like lot of people actually use them so I wouldn't think they crack so easily.

I wasn't on about the pcd adaptors cracking... I was pointing to the wheels cracking because they are carrying more weight than they are capable of.

The new centerbore = 66.6

And if you look inside your old wheels ,the wheel dimensions should be stamped into one of the spokes.

so your old tt wheels are 5x112 with a 57.1 centerbore
your a4 b8 new wheels are 5x112 with a 66.6 centerbore

so fitting PCD adapters you'll have to make sure they don't pushout to much so ET nees to be matched.
If you decide to have the TT wheels machined, remember you are making them weaker, so they will be more prone to cracks and even less strong to carry the heavier weight of the A4.
so your best solution will be PCD adapters

Yes, I don't really want to get them machined, a small mistake and the wheels cannot be used anymore.
The reason why I asked about the spigots because I would like to use 15mm adaptors all around front and rear and that would give me ET35 which would be perfect. I'm just not sure if they would fit on the rear hubs but my car is due for a service anyway so I am gonna ask them to measure it for me.
Thank you anyway for your replies.

The A4 has lots of OE wheels available. Not a fan of machining anything for insurance risks or indeed spacers. See if you can find something similar to your TT alloys and go from there.

That's true but they are not for me, I currently have 5 spoke wheels on but I always liked multispoke ones. I still have my speedline split rims but it's near impossible to find reliable companies which can refurbish them and I also need new tyres and that would cost me way over a grand. These TT wheels were the ones I liked the most and they cost less than the tyres would have cost me but I should have done more research.

The best thing you can do is check the specs for the tt speedline wheels regarding max corner weight.... because you might be setting yourself up for some problems taking wheels that might struggle with the heavier car.

Hi.
If you have any issues with insurance for either the change of wheels or the fitment of wheel spacers then please feel free to drop me a line.
Regards,
Dan.
