Gear box issues

Hello all, I’m new to the forum.

I have a Audi a4 b8 3.0 tdi avant

Recently I’ve encountered issues when selecting drive from reverse. The car cuts out, not all the time but particularly when I shift it quickly.

The car also struggles to reverse up steep hills and cuts out.

Yesterday I tried to pull away from a stationary position at slow speeds and it cut out.

I’m hoping to find a gearbox specialist that can carry out the repair work.

I’ve included the diagnostic report.

Any recommendations and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What’s the service history of the car, what’s the mileage, what’s the gearbox, S tronic 7-speed?

Hi bud, it’s got full Audi service history. Gearbox oil changed every 40k. Timing chain, and turbo replaced at 100k. The car is pristine internally and externally.

B8.5 looks mint.

From what I can determine from those two fault codes - it points towards mechatronics unit. Do a bit of research regards transmission specialist in your area with positive reviews before handing it over. Hopefully someone local can add to this.

Just posting an update to let you guys know, another gearbox oil change has sorted the previous issues. There was an oil leak on the Gearbox. Happy days
