Evening all
I'm currently in the process of putting a facelifted front bumper onto my 07 plate pre-facelift A6 and so far you need:
New fog lights, facelift has oblong ones
New grille's for above fog lights
Modify the wiring for the inner front parking sensers, if fitted, as they are further apart on the facelift
New headlight washer units if fitted
New covers for above washer units
New towing eye cover
Now from what I can find on the net, I might need a new aluminium bumper reinforcement bar as they are different on the facelift, but I cannot find a part number for this item and all the ones for sale state they fit the entire model range!
I have done a trial fit and the facelift bumper does not fit correctly atm, so I'm guessing that reinforcement bar is needed?
Does anyone have a part number please?
