Replacing the rear brake discs and pads, but finding the torque values seems to be non existent in forums, or at least accurate info as seen conflicting values.

Anyone know the values at all?
Carrier to hub
Caliper to carrier

Cheers

Bolt to guide pin 35Nm

Carrier bolt 90Nm + 90degrees

Guide pin bolt is self locking, so should be replaced. Carrier bolts can be cleaned and re-used.

Make sure you have a biiiiiig bar and a good XZN-M14 socket for the carrier bolts!

You can re-use those it's the caliper bolts that need to be renewed
Are you sure? On the A3 8V - which also has the triple-square socket head bolts - you’re supposed to fit new ones as the carrier bracket bolts are stretch.

As you suggest, these are tight - and access may not be too good.

The 90 degrees is the stretch/yield part - don’t think you want to be quarter turning an already stretch bolt

Not necessarily, VAG often use the torque and degree setting to ensure correct torque as opposed to stretch bolts.

The workshop manual says the carrier bolts can be re-used. They're very clear when they can't.
