Ceramic brakes

Hi
I have a question if anyone can advise.
Squeaky ceramic brakes on RS3 Y
Is there any solution or it is something that can not be avoided?
I never had ceramic breaks in a car, mechanic said it is normal, I have read it is normal, just wondering if any special brake pads or any ''fluid'' can help.
I also read to brake hard

Do a few very hard brakes from 70-80 mph to 10 mph and it may well sort it out. I did that when I first got mine and they were fine for the time I had it.

A bit of hard braking used to sort out the squeky 8V brakes back in the day. Temporary fix though.

Squeaking is normal with ceramic brakes, especially when cold. Hard braking can help. No fluid or pad change will fully eliminate it.
