Ive got a 2000 S3 8L(Red)
-APY
And have bought a damaged facelift 8L with BAM(Dark Blue) with rods, hybrid turbo, Wagner intercooler, exhaust.
Was running on link stand alone ecu but previous owner swapped the stock ecu back in before sale.

I intend to swap BAM+gearbox into APY chassis. What problems will I run into?
What would be the best way to approach this?
If I use BAM ECU will I run into problems with control modules(locks, alarms, etc)
Are there other parts I need to swap off BAM chassis?(electrical components?)

Any advice or links would be appreciated

Anyone?

There's threads for this, is the ECU immo defeated? Do you have the wideband o2 sensor? Did the loom come with it?

Might it be easier to buy a standalone ecu (ignitron) or swap out your head (to solve the Cam position sensor and vvt, i assume the BAM head has inconel exhaust valves (and maybe springs) you're not supposed to grind them in.. but i don't know if you should transfer from head to another head??

You're going to need to create some safe map as a stock BAM ECU map with an AET380 (or similar) hybrid with a non stock 6psi actuator will put far too much energy through your engine when n75 controlled.
