Anyone else have any faults? My new A5 has spent over 5 weeks in total at the dealer with a central locking fault. It will randomly sometimes lock/unlock. After the first time it had to be recovered to the dealer. I went to collect it yesterday and couldnt unlock it to take it home, so it's still there. Audi have replaced some components but it clearly hasn't made any difference.

I suggest you contact Audi Customer Services explain your circumstances and start the process of rejecting the car. I rejected mine via the supplying dealer but was advised to contact customer services to obtain a case reference number.

Thanks, I spoke directly with the Audi Executive office today, and have a case reference. As they replaced the car, does that mean you had to insure the new car?

Yes, it was just like getting another new car. Dealer kept original and all I had to do was inform my insurers of the change.

So I got the car back today. So far so good but I will keep an eye on it. Audi customer services have said they would help me with the rejection, should the car go wrong again.

So i spoke too soon. As of tonight I wasn't able to lock it again with the key, the boot lock button or the app. It may eventually lock but in the meantime Audi are coming out on Monday. This is the last straw. I will be rejecting the car now.
